Alejandro Betancourt Lopez is a Venezuelan businessman, economist, and politician. He is the former president of the Venezuelan Federation of Chambers of Commerce and a General Chamber of Commerce member. Alejandro Betancourt Lopez graduated in 1999 with a degree in Business Administration from Tomsk State University and held an MBA from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Alejandro Betancourt competed in the national elections 2013 for the Organization for the Petroleum Exporting Countries and won, obtaining 40% of the votes.
